Our client is an independent financial services firm offering advice in Mortgages, Protection, and Equity Release. The business supports a long-standing client base and works with experienced advisors to deliver high-quality service. Recent client onboarding has created the need for additional administrative support.

Job Responsibility:

  • Administer and manage Private Medical Insurance policies
  • Support advisors with policy servicing and client administration
  • Process new business, renewals, and mid-term adjustments
  • Liaise with insurers and providers
  • Handle client queries efficiently and professionally
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with industry standards

Requirements:

  • Ideally 2 years experience in Private Medical Insurance
  • Candidates with experience in insurance administration or mortgage administration will also be considered
  • Strong administrative, organisational, and communication skills
