Recent client onboarding has created the need for additional administrative support.
Job Responsibility:
Administer and manage Private Medical Insurance policies
Support advisors with policy servicing and client administration
Process new business, renewals, and mid-term adjustments
Liaise with insurers and providers
Handle client queries efficiently and professionally
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with industry standards
Requirements:
Ideally 2 years experience in Private Medical Insurance
Candidates with experience in insurance administration or mortgage administration will also be considered
Strong administrative, organisational, and communication skills
