Looking for an exciting opportunity to join a world-class team and work in one of Boston's most luxurious hotels? Look no further than the Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street Boston! We are seeking individuals who are passionate about hospitality and possess a keen attention to detail to join our Residential team as a Private Lounge Server!

Job Responsibility

  • Deliver food from kitchen to the residents ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Assist in clearing, cleaning and set-up of tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner
  • Greet guests according to Four Seasons Standards to ensure superior service
  • Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
  • Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
  • Ability to work independently for shifts (with management support)
  • Properly and accurately close guest checks
  • process cash and credit card payments
  • properly settle voided checks or complimentary meals
  • Ability to work, weekend, nights and holidays
