Job Responsibility

Driving and delivery up to 60% of a regular work week on average, including overnight travel
Service Hillrom & Baxter products. These include (Pre-Installation and Preventive Maintenance (PMs), Routine Maintenance (RM’s), troubleshooting and component replacement and minor cosmetic repairs
Deliver and remove product as well as complete functional checks
Develop and maintain good relationships and provide excellent customer service with various levels of internal and external customers
Demonstration to customer on how to use rental products
Used handheld device and Baxter order management system to coordinate customer orders for shipping and delivery
Stay up to date and be proactive with safety, health, and quality in compliance with all company, governmental and customer regulations. Operate safely and within guidelines or regulations. Maintain a clean and safe work environment
