Private Equity Associate

My client are an international law firm with multiple offices in Europe, Middle East and Asia. They are looking for a mid level associate to join their dedicated private equity team. This team is well known for it's activity in the London mid market where they advise a variety of clients such as PE houses, VC investors and management teams on all sorts of transactions ranging from leveraged buyouts, management buy outs/ins, VC & Growth investments. Although a sector agnostic team they have advised on deals in sectors such as technology, energy/infra, healthcare, retail & consumer.
