Job Description:

An international law firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join their private equity team. The team serves London mid-market clients, advising on a wide range of transactions and sector-specific deals.

Job Responsibility:

Advise PE houses, VC investors, and management teams
manage buyouts, management buyouts/ins
oversee VC and growth investments
advise on transactions across sectors such as technology, energy/infra, healthcare, retail, and consumer

Requirements:

3-6 PQE corporate lawyers
strong London private equity experience
