Job Description:

My client is an international law firm searching for a mid-level associate to join their private equity team. The team is sector agnostic, advising on deals across technology, energy/infra, healthcare, retail & consumer industries.

Job Responsibility:

Advise clients such as PE houses, VC investors and management teams
handle transactions like leveraged buyouts, management buy outs/ins, VC and growth investments

Requirements:

3-6 PQE
corporate lawyer
strong London private equity experience
