Based in San Francisco with a flexible hybrid schedule, the team is collaborative, fast-paced, and built for long-term development. Compensation is highly competitive with strong bonus and benefits.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage GP allocations, carried interest, and deal-by-deal waterfalls
  • Track distributions, clawbacks, and capital activity
  • Support investor/partner reporting and tax coordination (K-1s)
  • Oversee management company accounting, including close, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Prepare financials, reconciliations, and internal reporting
  • Partner with auditors and support process/system improvements

Requirements

  • 3–7+ years in private equity, fund accounting, or public accounting (PE clients)
  • Strong experience with carry, waterfalls, and partnership accounting
  • Management company accounting and budgeting exposure
  • Advanced Excel
  • systems like Allvue a plus
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Ability to interpret LPAs and work cross-functionally
