Job Description:

The Private Dining Telephone Sales Agent at The St. Regis Aruba Resort is responsible for handling room service orders, providing menu and wine information, communicating with the kitchen, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring exceptional service for guests. The role also includes working closely with a team and adhering to safety and quality standards.

Job Responsibility:

Take room service orders over the phone
answer questions on menu selections
check with kitchen staff
answer guest questions regarding the origin, vintage, and style of wines
notify guests and management of delays in service delivery
communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen
maintain cleanliness of work areas
record transactions in MICROS system
process all payment methods
develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
assist individuals with disabilities.
