We are seeking an AVP level to join our dynamic Spread Products team in London within the Single Name Private Credit business.

Job Responsibility

  • Origination, credit analysis, underwriting, and monitoring of single name private credit transactions
  • Financial analysis, due diligence and projection modeling
  • Structuring and drafting term sheets for new transactions
  • Managing and working with key partners in Private Markets Coverage, ICM, Banking and Risk
  • Ability to understand nuances of local markets, local regulation, and the capabilities and practices of competitors
  • Monitor market movements, analyze trends, and assess their impact on existing positions and potential new strategies
  • Manage desk P&L and risk exposure, ensuring adherence to limits and prompt escalation of potential issues

Requirements

  • Strong corporate finance skill set with the ability to perform corporate credit analysis
  • Deep understanding of fixed income products, including loans and bonds
  • Proficiency in market analysis and risk management techniques
  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be assessed as fit and proper under FCA and PRA Certification Regime (honesty, integrity, reputation, financial soundness, competence, capability)
