Job Responsibility:

  • Origination, credit analysis, underwriting, and monitoring of single name private credit transactions
  • Financial analysis, due diligence and projection modeling
  • Structuring and drafting term sheets for new transactions
  • Managing and working with key partners in Private Markets Coverage, ICM, Banking and Risk
  • Ability to understand nuances of local markets, local regulation, and the capabilities and practices of competitors
  • Monitor market movements, analyze trends, and assess their impact on existing positions and potential new strategies
  • Manage desk P&L and risk exposure, ensuring adherence to limits and prompt escalation of potential issues

Requirements:
