We are seeking a highly experienced Aesthetic Dentist with a special interest in Composite Bonding & Invisalign to replace a high-grossing colleague (in excess of £35K per month) who has relocated to London. This creates a rare opening within our established and growth-focused team. A steady list of private patients with daily new enquiries for composite bonding and Invisalign, as well in house referrals of patients requesting smile makeover treatment. The Opportunity: Part-time 3 days a week; Private Aesthetic Dentistry, Composite Bonding & Aligners; Replace a clinician grossing £35K+ per month; Strong internal referral network from 15 clinicians; Significant cosmetic demand and marketing support. This role offers immediate income potential and substantial opportunity for growth for a clinician operating at an advanced cosmetic level.

Job Responsibility

  • Replace a high-grossing colleague
  • Manage a steady list of private patients with daily new enquiries for composite bonding and Invisalign
  • Handle in house referrals of patients requesting smile makeover treatment
  • Participate in practice marketing campaigns and Open Days
  • Support and mentoring of nurses, TCOs, hygienists, therapists and associate dentists to help generate cosmetic case flow

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years post-qualification experience
  • Postgraduate training in Cosmetic/Aesthetic Dentistry
  • Proven experience in Composite Bonding, Smile Makeovers, Veneers, and Restorative Dentistry
  • Min 50 cases of aligners completed
  • Ideally, experience in completing 100+ aesthetic cases (including bonding, veneers or smile makeover treatments)
  • A clinical portfolio of completed cases (preferred) to demonstrate outcomes and case complexity
  • Active presence on social media, showcasing your clinical work
  • Willingness to participate in practice marketing campaigns and Open Days
  • Strong case presentation skills
  • A team player who seeks internal referrals and collaborates with colleagues
  • Support and mentoring of nurses, TCOs, hygienists, therapists and associate dentists to help generate cosmetic case flow
