Job Description:

Private Caregiver: Afternoons. Hours are from lunch range to late afternoon/early evening. Thursday is the only required day; 5-6 days/week ideally.

Job Responsibility:

Assist clients with meals
occasional light housekeeping
companionship and engagement
occasional errands
reminders for daily living activities
ensuring medications are taken properly (pre-packaged)
Communicate ongoing care results and updates to relevant parties
Collaborate with client and family members for best care opportunities
Coordinate care with other team members in place

Requirements:

Previous experience in personal care or other related fields
Compassionate and caring demeanor
Ability to build rapport with clients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with dementia
Spanish speaking/bilingual EN/SP highly preferred

Nice to have:

Spanish speaking/bilingual EN/SP highly preferred
