  • Liaise frequently with the head office revenue accountant to review and maintain accurate rent payments and bank reconciliations
  • Process essential journal entries for any Real Estate approved client applications
  • Prepare, customize, and analyze daily outstanding rent reports
  • Prepare financial and operational reports for the Director of Gateway Operations
  • Prepare, review, and submit quarterly managerial reports and quarterly accounting reports
