Job Responsibility

Serve as a key member of the Commercial FP&A team for EMEA for all aspects of customer promotional spend
Build and maintain a suite of reports and KPIs for promotional spend across customers and countries within EMEA
Manage the end to end process of forecasting and accruing promotional support on a monthly basis ensuring accuracy and completeness
Review promotional effectiveness to drive ROI across promotional spend
Manage ad hoc promotional spend requests
Ensure all aspects of the promotional spend process are SOX compliant, including helping design, manage and test controls with monthly reporting
Serve as a key member of the Commercial FP&A team for EMEA, supporting financial planning, reporting, and analysis for core and emerging markets
Partner with regional commercial teams to develop, implement, and optimize reporting tools, including BI dashboards, to monitor key performance metrics such as promotional investments and ROI, pricing strategies and margin performance
Drive the development of financial models to assess new market opportunities, product launches, and strategic initiatives across the EMEA region
Work closely with commercial leadership and sales teams to manage trade spend and optimize promotional activities by brand and region
