Private Clients Support Manager

This role supports Sales Consultants by coordinating business trip logistics, arranging medical appointments and transportation, and preparing necessary client documentation. Responsibilities include attending client medical examinations in the consultant’s absence, liaising with referral bankers to obtain financial documents and KYC requirements, and submitting cases to insurers while following up with underwriters. The role also involves keeping consultants updated on their case pipelines, ensuring sales meetings are accurately recorded in the system, and confirming that all client documentation meets compliance and due diligence standards. Additionally, the role prepares client presentations and product comparisons, and assists with timely completion of annual reviews.
