Job Description:

An esteemed South Manchester law firm, recognized in both the Legal 500 and Chambers rankings, is seeking an experienced Associate Solicitor to enhance its distinguished Private Client department. Engage with a diverse portfolio of clients, including HNW individuals, business owners, and international families, providing bespoke legal solutions tailored to complex estate and trust matters.

Job Responsibility:

Manage a diverse caseload encompassing wills, trusts, probate, and Court of Protection matters
Provide expert legal advice on complex and high-value estates, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and adherence to best practices
Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional client service, maintaining the firm's reputation for excellence in private client law

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor with 3–6 years PQE in private client law (applications from more experienced candidates are also welcome)
Demonstrated expertise in handling HNW or complex estates and trust work
Proactive team player with a commitment to delivering high-quality client service and fostering collaborative relationships
