A long-standing multi-service firm in West Yorkshire is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join their successful private client team. The role offers flexible working with full or part-time hours considered. The position involves managing caseloads including wills, probate, lasting powers of attorney, estate administration, court of protection cases, and contributing to business development and marketing initiatives. The firm offers a supportive environment, a legal assistant, and routes to partnership.

Job Responsibility:

Manage own caseload across wills, probate, lasting powers of attorney, estate administration, and court of protection
involvement in business development and marketing
work within an established private client team.

Requirements:

At least 3 years PQE
experience with wills, probate, lasting powers of attorney, estate administration, and court of protection
interest or experience in business development and marketing
ability to manage own caseload.

Nice to have:

Routes to partnership
legal assistant/secretary support.
