Job Description:

This is a superb opportunity to join a well-established firm in Wiltshire, handling high-net-worth Private Client work and benefitting from a supportive, career-focused environment.

Job Responsibility:

Undertake all aspects of Private Client work including wills, trusts, contentious trusts, probate, personal tax matters, powers of attorney, and court of protection
Work alongside STEP and SFE matters
Handle high-net-worth client work.

Requirements:

Qualified solicitor or legal executive
At least 3 years PQE
Experience in Private Client work including wills, trusts, contentious trusts, probate, personal tax matters, powers of attorney, and court of protection
STEP or SFE qualification (preferred)
Experience in a comparable Legal 500 firm is ideal
Commitment to live and work in the Wiltshire area.
