Private Client Solicitor

• Drafting tax-efficient Wills tailored to clients’ individual needs
• Providing inheritance tax mitigation and asset protection advice
• Advising on the use of lifetime trusts, particularly in relation to care fee planning
• Managing the administration of estates, including taxable estates
• Handling the administration of trusts and ensuring compliance with legal obligations
• Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Making Court of Protection applications and advising on deputyship matters

• A qualified Solicitor ideally 0-3 years PQE
• Strong technical knowledge in Wills, Trusts, Probate, and Tax Planning
• A client-focused approach, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage a caseload independently, while also working collaboratively within a team
• Proactive and commercially aware, with a keen interest in business development
