Job Description:

My client is a Top 100 law firm seeking an experienced Private Client solicitor to work on complex estate planning, succession advice, trusts, wills, and probate matters.

Job Responsibility:

Become a trusted advisor to individuals, families, trustees, family or owner-run businesses, and trust companies both in the UK and internationally
Contribute to the team's strong focus on continuity and fostering close long-term relationships with clients and contacts
Grow your and the department's practice by taking ownership of client interactions and their other advisers and intermediaries
Assist senior members of the team in managing a caseload of complex estate planning, succession advice, trusts, wills, and probate
Take client instructions and advise on the law, tax, and legal practical commercial issues
Draft relevant deeds, documents, advice notes, letters, and correspondence tailored to the client's individual needs and requirements
Run and manage files as required, demonstrating excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritize and work effectively in a sometimes pressurized environment

Requirements:

Solicitor with 2-4 years of post-qualification experience in Private Client Law
Excellent attention to detail to produce high-quality work and documentation
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels and liaise with other internal departments and external contacts

Nice to have:

Interest and aptitude for business development
Flexible approach to ensure client deadlines are always met
