Job Description:

The position offers high net worth work opportunities and collaboration with STEP and SFE-qualified colleagues.

Job Responsibility:

Handling high net worth work
working on wills, trusts, and personal tax matters
knowledge sharing and leveraging technical experience alongside colleagues on STEP and SFE matters.

Requirements:

Qualified solicitor or legal executive with at least 3 years+ PQE
experience in all aspects of Private Client work including wills, trusts, contentious trusts, probate, personal tax matters, powers of attorney, and court of protection
STEP or SFE qualifications are a plus
experience in a comparable Legal 500 firm handling good value work
commitment to live and work in the Wiltshire area.
