Private Client Solicitor

• Manage your own varied Private Client caseload
• Provide professional advice on Probate and Estate Administration, Inheritance Planning, Trusts
• Liaise with executors, trustees, beneficiaries, and other legal professionals
• Attend client meetings in their homes, particularly with elderly clients
• Assist with networking and marketing to generate new business and enhance the firm’s reputation

• Ideally 3+ years’ experience in Private Client matters
• Ability to manage a caseload independently while maintaining high standards
• Excellent communication skills and client care
• Compassionate and sensitive when dealing with elderly clients
• Professional, organised, and able to achieve billing targets

23 days annual leave plus bank holidays, with additional leave based on length of service
