Job Description:

An exciting opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor with 2+ years PQE to join a thriving team based in Liverpool, Woolton. The role involves handling Private Client matters including Wills, Probate, Trusts, and Estate Planning, with a competitive salary and a collaborative team environment.

Job Responsibility:

Managing a broad range of Private Client matters including Wills, Probate, Trusts, and Estate Planning
Acting as a key point of contact for clients, keeping them informed and supported throughout their case
Liaising with third parties such as the probate registry, HMRC, HMLR, courts, experts and agencies
Handling in-person and remote client meetings with confidence and professionalism
Taking responsibility for the full administration of estates
Contributing to the team's growth by building relationships and developing new work
Supporting the marketing team with Private Client content and insights

Requirements:

At least 2 years’ PQE in Private Client law with proven experience handling HNW clients, Probate, Wills, Trusts, Estate/Tax Planning, and Services for the Elderly
Confident user of Case Management Systems, Laserforms, and Excel
Strong client-handling skills and the ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision
Experience in property work and access to a vehicle are desirable but not essential
