Job Description:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well known high street firm who are looking to strengthen their Wills and Probate team. Private Client is one of the biggest and most important departments within the firm and there are many success stories within the firm where people move up from solicitor level all the way up to partner level. You will have support at levels above and below you and you will find a collegiate team environment. Yes targets are there but it is not a KPI driven environment, it is centered around quality of service to clients and offering a high value product to the public. You will be trusted and left to get on with your work.

Job Responsibility:

Handle mixed caseload of matters relating to wills, probate, trusts, tax, lasting powers of attorney, elderly services, declaration of trust

Requirements:

Qualified solicitor or legal executive with upwards of 2 years PQE
STEP or SFE qualification would be of interest

Nice to have:

STEP or SFE qualification
