Job Responsibility

Provide comprehensive legal advice and support on private client matters, including wills, trusts, and estate planning
Manage a caseload effectively, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of legal services
Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering a professional and empathetic approach
Draft and review legal documents with a high level of precision and attention to detail
Collaborate with colleagues to deliver integrated and holistic solutions to clients
Keep up-to-date with legal developments and changes in legislation affecting private client law
Represent clients in negotiations and provide advocacy where required
Contribute to the growth and reputation of the legal department through excellent service delivery

Requirements

A solicitor or equivalent with 4+ years PQE in private client work
Experienced in handling wills, trusts, executries, and tax planning
Commercially aware with strong client-facing skills
Able to manage their own caseload independently
A collaborative team player with a proactive approach
