Private Client Solicitor

• Managing a broad range of Private Client matters including Wills, Probate, Trusts, and Estate Planning
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients, keeping them informed and supported throughout their case
• Liaising with third parties such as the probate registry, HMRC, HMLR, courts, experts and agencies
• Handling in-person and remote client meetings with confidence and professionalism
• Taking responsibility for the full administration of estates
• Contributing to the team's growth by building relationships and developing new work
• Supporting the marketing team with Private Client content and insights

• At least 2 years’ PQE in Private Client law with proven experience handling HNW clients, Probate, Wills, Trusts, Estate/Tax Planning, and Services for the Elderly
• Confident user of Case Management Systems, Laserforms, and Excel
• Strong client-handling skills and the ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision
• Experience in property work and access to a vehicle are desirable but not essential
