Job Description:

My client is seeking a talented and client-focused Private Client Solicitor to join their experienced team. A dynamic and collaborative environment focused on delivering excellent service to clients in the field of Wills, Estates, Trusts, and Inheritance Tax matters.

Job Responsibility:

Become an integral part of a dynamic, collaborative, and supportive team of legal professionals
Contribute to a client-centric approach, building lasting relationships and delivering exceptional service

Requirements:

Extensive experience in drafting Wills, administering Estates, and managing Trusts
Proficiency in advising clients on Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection applications
Ability to navigate complex Inheritance Tax and Estate Planning matters with confidence
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain legal concepts in a clear and accessible manner
Commitment to providing a personalised, empathetic, and solution-focused service to our clients

Nice to have:

Qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales, with a strong track record in private client work, ideally STEP qualified
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
Passion for continuous learning and professional development within the legal field
