A senior solicitor role within a long-standing and well-regarded multi-service firm in Newcastle, focusing on private client law. The position involves managing a full case load, supervising and mentoring the team, and contributing to the strategic development of the department.

Job Responsibility:

Supervise and mentor the team
develop more junior staff
contribute to the strategic development of the team/department
handle a full case load of wills, probate, lasting powers of attorney, estate administration, trusts and court of protection

Requirements:

8 years post-qualification experience
solid career as a private client solicitor
ability to manage a full case load of wills, probate, lasting powers of attorney, estate administration, trusts and court of protection
experience or interest in team supervision and mentoring
ability to contribute to strategic development
