Job Responsibility:

Handle queries including wills, probate, LPA's, trusts, estates, tax and court of protection matters

Requirements:

Qualified solicitor or legal executive with upwards of 2 years PQE
motivated by working alongside partners and senior associates
high standards
values client care
well organised
ambitious
excellent interpersonal communication skills
able to pick up own caseload and manage it under minimal supervision
STEP qualified or working towards STEP qualification

Nice to have:

STEP qualified or working towards STEP qualification
