Private Client Senior Associate

• Manage and grow the Private Client department
• Handle a variety of Private Client matters including wills and probate, complex tax and estate planning, court of protection, lasting powers of attorney, and Trusts
• Work with high net worth individuals
• Meet fee earning targets
• Contribute to business growth for the firm

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability and desire to grow client base to generate business for the firm
• Able to hit the ground running and deal with all Private Client matters from beginning to end with minimal supervision
• Ability to meet fee earning targets
• Full STEP qualification is desirable but not essential
• Minimum 2:1 degree and/or a Commendation from their LPC
• Must have trained and practiced in an established and reputable law firm
• 5+ years PQE as a Private Client solicitor
