On offer is in the firms Private Client department, working alongside an experienced team of solicitors and partners. This is an opportunity to join a friendly and supportive environment. Job Responsibility:

Run own caseload
Assist more junior solicitors with skill development
Work on Court of Protection cases
Deal with mental capacity issues
Efficient passage of private company shares and business interests for high-net-worth individuals
Inheritance tax planning
Lasting powers of attorney
Lifetime gifts
Management of affairs under deputyship
Trusts
Wills
Provide professional and concise service for a variety of clients
Communicate with clients daily

Requirements:

Senior Associate level
Fantastic organisational skills
Great interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to liaise confidently with clients and third parties
Ability to run own caseload and assist more junior solicitors
