Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability and desire to grow client base to generate business for the firm
Able to hit the ground running and deal with all Private Client matters from beginning to end with minimal supervision
Ability to meet fee earning targets
Full STEP qualification is desirable but not essential
Minimum 2:1 degree and/or a Commendation from their LPC
Must have trained and practiced in an established and reputable law firm
5+ years PQE as a Private Client solicitor

Job Responsibility

Manage and grow the Private Client department
Handle a variety of Private Client matters including wills and probate, complex tax and estate planning, court of protection, lasting powers of attorney, and Trusts
Work with high net worth individuals
Meet fee earning targets
Contribute to business growth for the firm
