Job Description:

Join a leading legal firm known for its bespoke legal advice to high net worth individuals, where integrity, discretion, and outstanding personal service are at the forefront of everything we do!

Job Responsibility:

Liaise with clients face-to-face and over the phone
Prepare and bind deeds and Wills
Support file opening and compliance efforts
Assist with electronic billing
Provide support to solicitors, accountants, and other fee earners
Manage diaries and documents efficiently
Maintain effective filing systems
Perform audio/copy typing including digital dictation
Assist with electronic bibles

Requirements:

Well-organised and intelligent with keen attention to detail
Excellent IT skills in Word and Excel
Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
Able to handle confidential information with discretion
Proactive team player who enjoys variety and thrives in dynamic environments
Exceptional client service focus
Strong communication skills with excellent telephone manner
Experience in Private Client legal work
Fast and accurate typing speed
Advanced Microsoft Office skills with proven business writing abilities
Willingness to assist colleagues to ensure department runs smoothly
