Job Description:

As a Private Client Partner, you will play a pivotal role in the firm’s highly regarded team, offering expert legal advice to high-net-worth individuals and families. You will manage a varied caseload and contribute to the growth of the department while building client relationships.

Job Responsibility:

Estate planning and administration
Wills, probate, and trusts
Tax advice, including inheritance tax planning
Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection work
Advising on succession planning for business owners
Managing and developing client relationships
Supervising junior lawyers
Contributing to the continued growth of the department

Requirements:

A minimum of 7+ years PQE in Private Client law
Proven experience in managing a busy caseload of complex private client matters
A strong track record of business development and networking
A STEP qualification (desirable but not essential)
Excellent leadership and mentoring skills
A proactive, client-focused approach with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships
