Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Drafting wills, advising on inheritance tax mitigation, and handling lifetime trusts
Managing the administration of estates and trusts
Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney
Handling Court of Protection applications
Mentoring junior solicitors and paralegals within a large team
Leading business development initiatives

Requirements:

STEP qualification (preferred)
Strong organisation, client care, communication, and time management skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a team
