I am seeking experienced Private Client Locum Solicitors to support my client in a busy and growing department. Whether you're available for short-term cover or a longer-term placement, we welcome applications from confident, self-sufficient professionals. This is a great opportunity for a skilled locum to step into a varied role with flexibility, autonomy, and strong team support.

Job Responsibility:

Handling a broad private client caseload, including wills, probate, estate administration, IHT planning, trusts, LPAs, elderly client matters, and basic Court of Protection work

Requirements:

Qualified solicitor or legal executive with solid experience in private client law
Able to manage a caseload independently with minimal supervision
Professional, proactive, and client-focused approach
Immediate or short-notice availability preferred

Nice to have:

STEP qualification (or working towards it)
