Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Private Client Lawyer to join our team in Bridport. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive, forward-thinking environment where your expertise will be valued and your development encouraged. You’ll be part of a well-established private client team that includes professionals at all levels, from apprentices and trainees to senior lawyers with decades of experience. Our legal secretaries and paralegals are integral to our success, and we work together to share knowledge, support one another, and deliver exceptional client service.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage a varied caseload of all private client matters with confidence and technical skill
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Contribute to business development and departmental planning
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to share best practices
  • Work independently while also supporting and mentoring junior team members

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years PQE in private client law
  • Strong technical knowledge across a range of private client matters
  • A proactive, client-focused approach
  • Excellent communication and networking skills
  • A passion for business development and team collaboration
