Job Responsibility:
Manage a diverse caseload, providing expert advice to clients across a broad spectrum of Private Client matters
Drafting Wills
Advising on Tax and Succession Planning
Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney
Creating and administering Trusts (in collaboration with our in-house Trust Manager)
Managing Estate Administration
Requirements:
Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives, or Lawyers with proven experience in a Private Client setting, ideally with 5+ years of post-qualification experience
Proficiency in advising clients on inheritance tax mitigation, estate and succession planning, and trust management
Experience in handling a varied and complex caseload, including the creation of trusts and the administration of complex, taxable estates
Exceptional attention to detail and drafting skills for Wills, Trusts, and Powers of Attorney
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, including mentoring and supporting junior team members
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and provide clear and empathetic advice
Active participation in the firm's business development initiatives, such as networking and marketing efforts
Willingness and ability to travel within the county as required
