Job Responsibility:
Managing a varied caseload of private client matters from start to finish
Drafting wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and trust documentation
Handling probate and estate administration matters
Providing clear, empathetic, and professional advice to clients
Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring regulatory compliance
Building and nurturing strong, long-term client relationships
Working collaboratively with colleagues to support the wider team
Requirements:
Previous experience in a private client fee earning role (Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Paralegal)
Strong knowledge of wills, probate, trusts, and estate administration
Excellent communication and client care skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident managing a busy caseload independently
Professional, approachable, and proactive in your approach
