Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

Proficient in using our case management system and touch-typing from dictation using Big Hand software
Skilled in setting up and closing matters, printing documents for witnessing, and assisting with probate-related paperwork
Excellent administrative and organizational abilities to manage a diverse caseload efficiently
Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues
Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional client service

Nice to have:

Previous experience in a legal or administrative role, preferably within a private client or probate practice
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A keen interest in the legal sector and a desire to contribute to the success of our firm
