Job Description:

Product Manager - Private Label & Owned Brands with business acumen to lead the development and commercialization of new products, platforms, and packaging for Private Label & Owned Brands. In this role, you will drive private brand development, strategy and category performance. You will leverage consumer insights, market trends, and data-driven insights to prioritize opportunities for growth that align with our strategic objectives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Translate the Private Brands vision into new products and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Drive product innovation using consumer insights, market data, and business metrics to identify growth opportunities
  • Present clear, data-backed product strategies to senior management to secure buy-in and alignment
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs), such as sales, gross profit, and market share
  • Leverage data analysis tools to evaluate product performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and execute product development strategies that align with overarching category goals and deliver measurable business results
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Category Managers, marketing, and supply chain, to ensure seamless execution of product launches
  • Lead cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle, from concept to commercialization
  • Collaborate with external partners to optimize sourcing, Products, and production efficiency
  • Coach and mentor up team members, fostering professional growth and alignment with business objectives
  • Drive sustainable and cost-effective packaging innovations that align with consumer needs and environmental considerations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (required)
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in product development, brand management, or innovation roles within the CPG industry
  • Proven ability to leverage consumer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis to develop successful product strategies
  • Strong understanding of financial metrics (e.g., sales, gross profit) and business modeling to align product development with company goals
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to mentor and collaborate with cross-functional teams
