The Private Bar Attendant ensures guests in-room private bars and fridges are fully stocked and well maintained.
Job Responsibility:
Stock and replenish private bar items, and compute and relay guest charges accurately to Front Office
Keep an accurate par of food items such as beverages and snacks, as well as non-food items like menu cards, napkins, straws, etc. on cart and in storage areas
Clean and maintain in-room private/mini-bars
report damage, or malfunctioning units
Check quality and expiration of all items
discard and replace according to established procedures
Assist with room service tray removal
Assist with delivery of in-room amenities
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent experience
Previous fine dining or high-volume service experience is an advantage
Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Fluency in English
Greek proficiency is an advantage
Food handling and sanitation certification is a plus
