Job Responsibility

Stock and replenish private bars according to room category guidelines
Monitor inventory, check quality and expiration dates, and replace items as necessary
Deliver private bar items to guest rooms promptly and professionally
Compute and relay guest charges accurately using handheld devices
Maintain cleanliness and organization of private bars and service areas
Anticipate guest needs, respond to requests, and offer suggestions to enhance the experience
Assist with in-room dining orders, amenities, and F&B deliveries as requested
Collaborate closely with housekeeping and other F&B teams
Follow all safety, hygiene, and service protocols

Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory and cash control
