Framework Design & Maintenance: Design and uphold a robust sales and advisory framework to ensure fair dealing with clients and mitigate conduct risks. This includes overseeing client risk profiling, pricing and risk disclosure, and suitability checks
Client & Portfolio Advisory: Partner with Relationship Managers to grow existing client "share of wallet" and attract high-net-worth prospects by delivering tailored solutions. Provide in-depth, quality portfolio and investment advisory across multi-asset classes (e.g., managed investments, capital market & treasury products) to assist clients with portfolio construction
RM Enablement & Training: Educate Relationship Managers on product solutions, create customized proposals for high-net-worth clients, and accompany sales professionals to client meetings to deliver solutions. Provide daily market, portfolio, and product updates to RMs, ensuring they have the latest information. Conduct market, portfolio, product, and advisory training and coaching, sharing best practices to foster success
Subject Matter Expertise & Engagement: Act as a subject matter expert on wealth management products and planning concepts. You'll also host and facilitate investment talks, seminars, and events in collaboration with Relationship Managers
