Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join us as a Private Banking Executive Manager. You will be responsible for leading a team of Private Banking Executives in delivering on commercial, risk and collaboration targets of the business whilst providing an exceptional level of service to Singapore and Internationally focussed HNW, UHNW and Family Office clients. This includes leading and delivering key strategic business initiatives, and continually driving business strategy/agenda.You will also be the key point of escalation for complex issues, where you are expected to have an in depth understanding of the client journey across multiple internal departments and processes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Leading a team of Private Banking Executives in delivering on commercial, risk and collaboration targets
  • Providing an exceptional level of service to Singapore and Internationally focussed HNW, UHNW and Family Office clients
  • Leading and delivering key strategic business initiatives
  • Driving business strategy/agenda
  • Being the key point of escalation for complex issues
  • Maintenance of client information, management of contracts and agreements, and preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials
  • Coordination of schedules for relationship managers and clients
  • Processing of transactions, management of expense reports, and routine requests
  • Information gathering on relevant market trends, competitor offerings, and industry news
  • Analysis of client data, preparation of reports on portfolio performance, and provision of insights
  • Management of inbound and outbound communication
  • Provision of support to relationship managers with planning, tracking and the execution of complex client projects
  • Support to clients with everyday product and services tasks
  • Guidance to new customers through account opening procedures
  • Management and maintenance of client relations
  • Maintenance of confidentiality and security of client data
  • Advise and influence decision making, contribute to policy development and take responsibility for operational effectiveness
  • Lead a team performing complex tasks
  • Identify ways to mitigate risk and developing new policies/procedures
  • Take ownership for managing risk and strengthening controls
  • Collaborate with other areas of work
  • Engage in complex analysis of data
  • Communicate complex information
  • Influence or convince stakeholders to achieve outcomes

Requirements:

  • Excellent understanding of the Private Bank product set including investment solutions, banking and credit and wealth planning
  • Prior years of experience in leadership, management and communication skills and be able to build good relationships with a multitude of stakeholders both internal and external
  • Good working knowledge of banking and operational procedures, and be able to apply this knowledge when making risk based decisions
  • Proven track record of development of employees to reach their full potential
  • Excellent understanding of the client base – key service providers / teams
  • Excellent understanding of risk and control frameworks and procedures
  • Legal Right to Work in Singapore
