Job Description:

As a senior private banker, you will help grow the existing business, including client acquisition, mentor the team of senior professionals, and drive revenue goals. The role requires extensive private banking experience, strong leadership skills, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Job Responsibility:

grow the existing client business
acquisition strategy for UHNW target names
drive revenue and team revenue goals
work closely with Global Market Manager
coach and guide team members
co-ordinate client calling and prospecting
achieve overall team revenues and growth objectives
lead marketing and client events
provide guidance and support on deals
monitor progress against goals
establish referral network
close deals and gain new sales
build and maintain relationships with Business Partners, Colleagues and Staff
ensure compliance on regulatory requirements
prioritize escalation of issues
advocate exceptions to standard practices
create accountability on compliance standards

Requirements:

15+ years of experience
extensive and proven experience in Private Banking having covered the UHNW market
extensive experience in working with and/or leading client teams and transactions
demonstrated track record in relationship selling
