Job Description

The Private Banker Team Lead drives market strategy, leads hiring and talent development, and manages team KPIs and sales performance. The roleholder provides senior oversight of client activity and banker development while maintaining strong governance and risk discipline. The Team Lead also cultivates a high‑performing, client‑centric team culture, ensuring the team executes a focused and commercially aligned business plan. The purpose of the role is to establish and nurture profitable partnerships with both corporate and individual clients. It's the bridge between the bank's offerings and clients' needs, ensuring mutual benefit and long-term success.
