The Private Banker Team Lead drives market strategy, leads hiring and talent development, and manages team KPIs and sales performance. The roleholder provides senior oversight of client activity and banker development while maintaining strong governance and risk discipline. The Team Lead also cultivates a high‑performing, client‑centric team culture, ensuring the team executes a focused and commercially aligned business plan. The purpose of the role is to establish and nurture profitable partnerships with both corporate and individual clients. Assess financial, legal, and operational risks associated with client relationships
Document all client interactions, transactions, and agreements
Monitor client satisfaction, revenue generated, and other relevant metrics
Manage a large, complex or diverse function and take accountability for strategic direction
Lead and mentor high performing teams
Drive and achieve overall success of a business division by influencing senior leaders
Strategically assess and manage risks
