Job Description

You’ll support the Singapore Private Bank in delivery of key initiatives relating to the Private Bank Singapore platform alongside various governance and oversight responsibilities. This will involve working closely with stakeholders locally and across Private Bank and colleagues in the 2nd and 3rd line of defence to deliver robust risk management capability whilst driving continuous improvement in the application of the enterprise risk management framework (ERMF) projects. You’ll help design and execute the strategy and must ensure all activities are carried out in full compliance of local regulation.

Job Responsibility

  • Take responsibility for end-to-end local Platform management including – strategy design & execution, scalable and stable platform for client & colleagues, regulatory risk mitigation & management, platform development
  • Business ownership of system, processes & procedures on the platform and end to end client journey management, oversight, business continuity & service recovery
  • Management, understanding and interpretation of local & group regulatory requirements & standards
  • Driving Platform strategy and change agenda, seeking innovative solutions to differentiate, streamline and de-risk the platform to directly contribute to client experience, Banker efficiency and managing / reducing regulatory risk

  • Experience in Operations / platform delivery / business facing roles working with Front Office, Product teams and supporting Agile Delivery team in a private bank/ wealth management environment
