Job Responsibility:

  • Manage Meta's cross-functional privacy review process for new products and features
  • Facilitate discussion and coordination among product managers and privacy stakeholders across the company
  • Manage cross-functional infrastructure information technology programs in a matrix organization covering a range of areas
  • Develop and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery of technical hardware and/or software solutions
  • Provide hands-on program management during the analysis, design, development, testing, implementation and post-implementation phases of the projects assigned
  • Perform risk management and change management on projects
  • Provide day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for projects and tasks assigned
  • Write code and develop software tools, applications, and/or systems to support the company’s large-scale infrastructure, systems and operations
  • Work with product managers and other privacy stakeholders to develop and drive consensus around creative solutions to privacy-by-design challenges
  • Track and document new product proposals, status updates, and key decisions
  • Communicate privacy decisions to the broader cross-functional team, and ensure that those decisions are properly implemented

Requirements:

  • Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field
  • 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation
  • 36 months experience involving: Privacy policies, regulations, privacy or technology laws, or policy programs
  • Organizing, collecting, multi-tasking, and process improvements on projects
