Privacy Legal Counsel

• Participate in monitoring the compliance program across all group teams
• Implement compliance actions including analyzing business constraints and risks
• Process requests from clients and employees regarding their personal data
• Contribute to mapping of data processing activities and data flows
• Update register of processing activities
• Participate in negotiation of personal data clauses in contracts
• Monitor ongoing litigation and define strategy
• Manage legal monitoring on current topics
• Draft internal communications for business teams
• Respond to questions from teams regarding personal data
• Provide support on other legal topics as needed

• Specialization in personal data law or information technology law (Master 2 level)
• Initial experience in a legal department or law firm handling personal data issues, or within a data protection authority
• Strong sense of organization and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal skills and comfort interacting with operational teams
• Fluent level of English for daily communication with international teams and working on contracts in English
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
