Ballard Spahr LLP is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Privacy and Data Security Litigation Practice in Minneapolis. This is an excellent opportunity for professional growth in a collegial team environment of a national law firm.

Job Responsibility:

Represent a wide range of local, national and international clients in individual and class action claims related to privacy and cybersecurity matters

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of relevant litigation experience, either through a law firm or clerkship
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong academic credentials
  • Active bar license in Minnesota, or the ability to waive in

Nice to have:

Experience in matters involving the Federal Wiretap Act, California Invasion of Privacy Act, Video Privacy Protection Act, and other similar privacy statutes
