Job Description:

We’re recruiting for a Privacy Compliance Officer to play a key role in strengthening data protection across WorkNest, helping to develop effective compliance practices and supporting teams across the business.

Job Responsibility:

  • Play a key role in strengthening data protection across WorkNest
  • Help develop effective compliance practices
  • Support teams across the business
  • Support our Data Protection Officer to ensure we meet our UK data protection obligations
  • Monitor internal compliance
  • Provide clear and timely guidance to teams across the business
  • Coordinate information for important assessments
  • Be a friendly and approachable first point of contact for data protection queries
  • Support the handling of data subject access requests
  • Help maintain accurate records of processing activities
  • Get involved in reviewing and updating privacy notices and policies
  • Managing due diligence requests
  • Monitoring e-learning compliance
  • Supporting a range of assessments, including DPIAs and legitimate interest assessments
